At Syringeable.com, we stand behind everything we offer. Our policies are designed to be clear, flexible, and practical. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll work with you to make it right.
30-Day Risk-Free Trial
All physical products purchased on Syringeable.com include a 30-day risk-free trial. You can open, examine, and test your product. If it’s not the right fit, you may return it — even if lightly used — as long as it’s in good condition and returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products showing excessive wear, damage, or modification may not be eligible for a full refund.
Subscription Policy
All subscription plans (Professional, Premium, Faculty) include a free first month. After that, subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.
- You can cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
Returns & Exchanges
To request a return or exchange, email us at hello@syringeable.com with your order number and a brief description of your return or exchange request. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days (and usually sooner).
Return & Exchange Shipping Process
- Once approved, we’ll send you a payment link to cover the return shipping cost.
- After payment, we’ll send you a prepaid return package.
- Place the item inside and drop it off at the designated carrier.
Shipping Costs: Typical U.S. return shipping costs are under $15. International rates vary based on region and carrier pricing. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
Exchanges & Replacements
Need an exchange or warranty replacement (including for accidental loss)? The same return shipping process applies. Once your shipping fee is covered, we’ll ship your replacement package.

- Products returned in heavily worn, damaged, or altered condition

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider’s processing times.
